I spent a foggy morning out in West Seattle last week shooting this amazing home. From the moment I stepped into the foyer I knew this was going to be a fun shoot. My clients, the homeowners, built and decorated the house (they’re professionals) (no pressure!) and I wanted to make sure I did it justice. The house (and homeowners!) was so warm and inviting and, despite how large and spacious each room was, had a cozy, intimate feel to it.

If you’re familiar with Seattle real estate you know that Queen Anne is pretty much synonymous with Craftsman style housing so you’ll imagine my surprise when I showed up to shoot photos and video of this home! Such a pleasure to shoot. Hope you enjoy!
This was a really special house. From the grape vine trellised porch to the sun soaked living room, I knew this was a place I could call home. But, sadly, I was there to shoot, not move in.
I shot this home on Friday and, when I called to follow up with my client on Monday, she told me that the house was already under contact! That they had received five offers, all above asking price. Amazing. Here are a few of my favorite photos from the day.
