Few things feel as good to me as shooting a nice one point composition. The clean lines really appeal to my sense of aesthetics. One points work especially well for kitchens and small bathrooms but I always try to include other room types when I can, just because I like them so much. Here are a few of my favorites shot over the past few weeks. Hit the jump for more photos

I’ve been so consumed with video the past few weeks (shooting, editing, writing about, blogging about OBSESSING about…) that I completely forgot about my big announcement! Oops.
So here it is: I’d like to present my all new Facebook Fan Page and YouTube Channel! I’ve been working with Graphic Designer and Online Marketing Genius, Amanda MacFarland, who’s been helping me design my overall brand for Malia Campbell Photography (she also designed my Video Rate Sheet). I’m pretty happy with the results, what do you think?
I’ll be using these sites to update you with new projects and offering special Facebook Friends Only deals and discounts from time to time (currently offering 15% discount on Property Videos to Facebook fans for shoots booked by May 15th) so “like” my page and be sure to check back often!
I met Molly Sandvick, a Bellevue-based Interior Designer, through a friend of a friend of her sister a little over a year ago and fell in love with her work. Simple yet elegant style with random yet strategic splashes of color turning every space into something special.
I had the pleasure of working with Molly this afternoon, shooting a project inside The Leona Condo building for her portfolio. Here are a few of my favorites from the shoot. Enjoy!
I’m really happy with this property video. The fact that the house was gorgeous and the staging was beautiful sure helped! Take a look and let me know what you think.
I had the pleasure of shooting this amazing, waterfront property yesterday for Prudential NW Real Estate’s Shari Kruse. I shot the house a couple weeks ago and knew immediately that I wanted to come back to create a property video of the home. I did my best to communicate the calm, relaxing, zen-like feel that the home envelopes you in from the moment you step through the front door.
I’m very excited to be rolling out a new line of video products soon. You can see a sneak preview of what’s coming here:
